wego2 firmware update problem OS X

trying to update my wego2 firmware and i get a "your ddj-wego is not connected"

Did you follow the instructions in the firmware update guide where it says you need to hold the two headphone-cue buttons while powering-on the WeGO2?

@Manny > Give that a shot, it should put the controller into update mode.
