rekordbox keeps coming up with fix your internet connectioin then try again even though i am connected!!!

looked through all my firewalls recordbox not there have re-installed an deleted recordbox numerous times still saying the same thing can anyone help????
this is a hp laptop not a mac

  1. Log in to KUVO.com on a Web browser and click the DOWNLOAD ACCOUNT KEY on your account page to download the djprofile.nxs file.
  2. On the login window of rekordbox when it is launched, click ”You are not connected to the internet” and select the downloaded djprofile.nxs file.

this is whilst trying to log in to it really starting to piss me off!

I have the same issue " fix your internet environment connection and try again later" we need immediate solution
