Hello

I have cdj 2000 gear and after releasing the hdd drive from deck few minutes later I noticed one of the decks with E8709 communication error message. I turned it off and went back on and there was no display on screen. Just got black. I inserted an audio CD and it played well however no info displayed on screen. I turned it off again and get it on, no display on screen but when put the cd on it once again, the screen came up showing the info.

Please let me know what could be the problem. I read related post on this forum but didn't find the solution.

That sounds like a potential internal communication error - please contact technical support to arrange to have your CDJ serviced.
