DDJ-SR : My controller makes a white / crackling noise
Hi,
Since i've bought my DDJ SR one year ago, it makes a white/crackling noise sound...
It didn't bothered me until now, but i tried to stream through the mixlr website and then the white noise kills the sound its unearable ...
Can you help me please ?

Have you verified that the firmware has been updated on the SR?
What software are you using it with?
I updated it like 2 months ago to fix the pitch / freezing serato issue (is there a new firmware ?)
I'm using serato DJ, and the white / crackling noise comes even if serato isn't launched, it comes directly when i plug the USB and turn on the controller..

What is the computer you're using it with? Does it happen when the power adapter is disconnected from the computer?
i'm using a macbook pro 2014 and yes, it happens when the power adapter is disconnected
