[OPEN] No master sound from serato to pioneer DDJ-SX
When I connect my pc to my controller I don't get any sound.
I can load tracks and start/stop/... them with my controller but I don't get any sound signal into my ddj sx.
When I disconnect the usb I can hear the song playing through my laptop speaker, but when I connect the ddj sx again, nothing...
I also have 2 technics pu's connected on the ddj and they work fine, so it has to do something with the serato dj output.
I already tried different usb ports and usb cables

What is your computer type / operating system version?
Have you renamed the SX device at any point for use with any software other than Serato DJ?

For the information of others, what was the exact problem / solution?
stupid solution: I didn't pay attention to the "pc/phono" button on the front of the DDJ-SX
I have the same problem with my laptop. I use a fujitsu seimens (i7) laptop. I had my ddj sx running for 2 nights and all worked fine.
After the second night (without changing anything), I switched the controller on and everything still seems to work. I can load tracks, the controller is detected but....THERE IS NO SOUND OUT. My levels on the control and on the Serato software shows a master out (ie the lights move with the beat) however, I cannot get any sound from my headphones or speakers. What should I try?
