"E-8302: Cannot Play Track (C630)"
Hi,
I have two CDJ-2000 Nexus, and a DJM-2000. The two CDJ-2000 Nexus are both connected by lan cable to the DJM-2000.
Also, I tried to plug a lan cable from the DJM-2000 to my PC with rekordbox installed on it.
However when I tried to load a track to one of my CDJ-2000 Nexus, the following message appears: "E-8302: Cannot Play Track (C630)"
What does it mean? Why is it not working? It used to work well with my two old CDJ-2000.
I noticed on the screen of rekordbox, at the bottom, when I click on "Link", it says in the middle of the window "Link MON off", what does it mean?
I attached a screen shot so that you can better understand my problem.
Thank you in advance.

Have you verified that your firewall is configured properly? To give it a full test, disable the firewall or any 3rd party software, if it works, the firewall is the problem and needs to be set up to allow the appropriate connections. See this article for additional information and tips.
I too am having issues with this. I have tried everything and still can't get music to send from rekordbox to my CDJ 2000 nexus and play music. I have to use CD's or SD card. Which essentially negates everything I spent the extra money for. Although your "Link MON off" just means you don't have your mixer tied into your links. Mine isn't like that but I have my switcher with both cdj 2000nxs and djm 900nxs. Hopefully we have an answer to this soon. I played with all of my network settings and I can't seem to find the source of the problem. I turned off my internet and firewall included. All of the other threads opened with this problem haven't really stated answers to the problems. Please help!
Link mon off just means you won't be able to use the rb cue button on the djm to listen to tracks in the rb player. Should be a setting in options to enable
Hi!
I have the same problem, the computer finds the two CDJ2000NEXUS (with the latest firmwear installed) But when i try to load the track to the players it load to the displayed players on the screen on the computer but on the CDJ2000NEXUS it says "e-8302 cannot play track (c630).
I have also tried connecting the player directly to the computer with the same results.
I have tried it with Rekordbox 3.3.1 and the 4.1 version.
Help!!!
Recordbox 4.2.5 installed on my PC.
My configuration is 1x DJM 900 NXS2 with 3 CDJ 900 Nexus players.
I get the same error eveytime when I want to load directly from my PC. E-8302: CANNOT PLAY TRACK (c630). When I place an USB analyzed with recordbox directly in my players it works well, when I want to play via my PC (with the same USB) I still got the error.
Every device is connected with LAN cables via a main hub (3x CDJ, 1x DJM and 1x PC)
Can anyone tell me how this can be solved
Thanks
DJ Lex
