Live Support
Just putting out an idea for the masses -- if we (Gavin and I) were to offer a free one-on-one live support session (online) over Skype and/or remote-desktop-sharing, who would be interested? We could block out say 3 or 4 hours and take first-come-first served requests for support with Pioneer products or Pioneer products in conjunction with DJ software, say a maximum of 30 mins per person. It could be a once a month thing depending on how it goes.

I've tossed around the idea of doing a uStream session with a while - maybe once a week or so from either of us where we could talk through a range of issues and, perhaps, this could cover a few people in one go.
Or perhaps we can do both - uStream for more general stuff and then a combination of Skype & RAT so we can sort out your craziness. ;)

We've agreed that the first 10mins are free but its $10 / 15mins thereafter :P
LOL - you're selling yourself short there Gavin! I was thinking more along the lines of $100/hr, flat rate. ;)
I guess we'll get something started in the next few weeks then. We'll organise a request system for you guys and girls and it'll be a first come / first served basis.
