CDJ 2000's won't recognize USB ( PC not Mac )

I have two external hard drives, they are both Seagate, FreeAgent GoFlex drivers. One is a USB 2.0 and the other is a 3.0.

 

I tried changing the format, but I was with out success. I also tried searching the forum and came up with only help for Macs.

Make sure they are formatted to FAT32

Both of my externals only offer an option to format in, NTFS ( Default ) or exFAT. No FAT32.

Try using a 3rd party program to format them, Windows doesn't give you those options by default.
