I see that these controllers come integrated with either Tracktor, or Serato Itch, etc...

 

Even though they come with these programs will I be able to use Scratch Live with them?

 

I'm looking at either the T1, S1, or Ergo.

If you have MIDI you can map out SSL.  The S1 cimes with Itch so it would be the most likely candidate for mapping..
