Hi Morris,
Hope you're well.
To delete samples, you can follow these steps...
1. Turn the unit on.
2. Connect your TORAIZ SP-16 to your computer via the USB cable provided.
3. From the HOME screen, select UTILITY settings.
4. Select USB MASS STORAGE MODE.
5. You will then see a message pop up on the TORAIZ SP-16 saying "Playback will stop and operation will be disabled. Would you like to continue?" Press OK.
6. Locate the external TORAIZ hard drive on your computer.
7. Select TORAIZ > SAMPLES > LOOPMASTERS SAMPLE PACK / Rendered.
8. From here you can delete samples.
Any problems, please let me know.
Best regards,

I think you have to connect your Toraiz to a computer over USB and turn on the disc / storage option, so your computer sees the Toraiz as a storage device. Then you will see your Toraiz as a drive in your explorer / finder and you can delete your own samples in your custom folders.
Be careful not to delete anything you might want to keep, such as project files, system files etc.!
Thanks Simon! I tried your suggestion and l it won't connect with my computer the toraiz is only compatible with USB 2.0 and my computer is 3.0, bummer.
Thanks Stephen it worked! The first try it dint connect message was "old device not compatible with USB 3.0" but the second try worked.
Will the next update allow us to delete right from the Toraiz?
