DDJS1 left reverse causes annoying sound

Hello Folks.

I finally got my DDJS1 this week end and I came up with a very annoying problem. every time I use the A deck REV button, the sound output gets a sound "explosion". I mean, the volume of the deck raises to the 10 (red leds) and the limiter of ITCH is turned on.

What could be happening? Please don't say me to change the gear with warranty, I bought it in USA and I live in Chile, it would be a headache.

Please contact Serato's technical support as I'm not certain it's an issue with the controller.

What version of Itch are you running?

Hi Pulse. I figured that it was a serious electricity problem in my room. In other parts of my house there isn't any problems.
