When should the tempo lights light up? Mine only light at the initial power up.

Serato has acknowledged that version 2.0.1 of ITCH contains a bug that disables the tempo lights.  They are working to resolve the issue and it should be fixed in their next version release.  http://serato.com/forum/discussion/549673#5760613

We have to wait for Serato to rectify this issue.

I spoke to a Serato employee at the NAMM show and was told that the feature which utilizes those lights is obsolete in the newer versions of the software.

Gavin

Thanks for the info Mark, hope you had fun at NAMM with Jay and Pulse.

I talked with one of the developers of ITCH and he informed me that in future versions of software they will find a new role for these LEDs, but they no longer have the original functions. Most likely these LEDs indicate whether the pitch of the deck to increase or decrease in relation to the other deck.

I think that these LEDs should now work in absolute pitch mode, which would indicate only if the slider is up or down of 0 position.
