[CLOSED] DJM 2000 Nexus touchscreen error, not responding after update

Hi, 

I recently bought a DJM 2000 NXS and started using it this week.  Everything worked perfectly in terms of the touchscreen, i was able to navigate without a problem.  Now recently i updated the firmware to Version 3.18.  This evening I noticed that when I am in the Remix section, I can not change the Effect, in this case Noise, snare, etc pulldown menu. I can sometimes get the touchscreen to respond when i press around the selection icon (snare, noise, etc), but never directly on it.  Also, I can easily select channels 1 and 4 from the same menus, but i can not select channels 2 or 3.  Again, the touchscreen does not respond when I press the icon, and instead I get some response when I press the touchscreen to the left or right of the icon, outside of the actual selection icon.

In addition, when i am in the Mix frequency screen, i can adjust the frequencies without any problems except for the highest frequency.  It seem to act sporadically and be sluggish.

I tried reistalling the firmware, re calibrating the touchscreen, but nothing seems to work.  

Do I need to get my mixer repaired?
