XDJ XZ HOT CUE PADS STAY BLUE
After loading Serato into the XDJXZ the cue pads on the bottom all turn blue and the cue and play buttons do not light up. When originally turning on the controller these do show color. All of my software, firmware and drivers are current. Can anybody help me?

If you're running macOS Big Sur, the reason would be that their current public release is not compatible and thus the output lighting does not work as expected. Try the 2.5.0 beta here.
