The ON/OFF BUTTON below the USB socket doesn't work at all any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!

Not on any channel or effect? Does the display change at all? Perhaps a video might help if you can upload one to Dropbox or YouTube and share the link. Thanks.

Andrew,

That's the send/return ON/OFF button. It's only available when you have external equipment connected via either the send/return loop or an audiobus compatible app connected via USB.
