rekordbox 4.3.0 & 4.3.1 crashes on start up

what gives? Just bought a shinny new sx2 and i cant even test the software from pioneer...rekordbox. i am on macbook pro, evertime i start the program i get the spinning beach ball. i have to force quit it.

I am used to traktor...no issues, tested virtual no issues, tested serato no issues..

Why charge for a software that doesn't work, it should be FREEE..

Anyway what do i need to do to get this software to work so that i can test it.
