Pad FX Hold option
I whould like the feature to press a FX-Pad with shift to auto-hold it until the pad is pressed again.
(I know tere is a workaround by pressing another padmode button while holding pad-fx button(s) but the shift option whould be more intuitive)

The idea behind the PAD FX is that they're beat-linked FX; a hold would take them out of that scope.
Wouldn't latching it on be the same as holding it? Not understanding the reason for not giving an On/Off or Hold-On option.
This is the type of answer from Pioneer when they don't have anything clever to say about it. That feature would be fantastic, in fact i use the workaround on my DDJ1000 but changing the pad mode doesn't work on my ddj xp2..
Even my DDJ-400 has this workaround... I can't understand why pioneer don't solve this with a firmware update. =(
