DDJ - RX pads are not lighting up?
Help idk what seems to be going on but my ddj rx's pads are not lighting up on sampler and padfx mode while there is no color on hot cue and slicer mode. i checked to see if its the same with my XP1 but no my XP1 is fine. please it's worrying me since i rely on the colors and lights for my pad mappings.

So apparently this might be due to a bug with the DVS mode - you can either try disabling that, or if you need to run it, our engineers recommend downgrading to 5.4.0 for the meantime.
Did this only start happening with 5.4.1?
yes it did.
i've tried factory resetting the RX and making sure everything is up to date
okay so the pads now work with 5.4.1 after turning off DVS but i do use the DVS fucntion so how would it be possible to downgrade to 5.4.0
