DVS issues Only one of my turntables are working
I have paid a ton of money to get this all setup and I am not trying to complain about that but for god sake I would like to have this software work.
I have all of my other 3 turntables working but the 4th will not function.
I have 2 XDJ 1000 MK2 that I just bought and I have to 2 T1200s and a DB4 Mixer.
I just paid the $229.00 for my licenses and I would like to be able to use my gear now and start enjoying this huge expense.
So any help be much appreciated.
Why will only one of my DVS tables work?
I have the Rekordbox control vinyl also that I bought new and it works great on the 1 table but does not control the second deck at all.
Please help. Tell me I dont have to buy a $900 Serato sl4 box to get this last table up and running.

I have no detail about A&H Mixer... So I can’t tell you certain things.
These are rekordbox manuals.

And, reading Mixer manual might be a hint.
I have a pioneer 900 nexus that I have tried too. It does the same thing.
Not a mixer issue. It is a rekordbox software issue. Please help!!
I need my dvs software to work.
I have called tech support and they said you guys are the only ones that have answers.
I wish it was a a Allen and Heath issue they have been a huge help with any related issues on their stuff.
@Micheal Eatmon,
Please file a support ticket here and our rekordbox team will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue.
If this helps anyone I'll be happy.
I hooked up my DDJ-RR with two PLX-1000 turntables on DVS. I could only get one side working as well. I decided to change things as a process of elimination to trouble shoot the exact issue. I switched the RCA audio cables to eliminate a possible bad turntable and the one that didn't work on one side (channel) didn't work on the other. The same turntable that worked, worked on both sides (left & right channel) so I knew it wasn't the software. Next, I tried switching the new Ortophon that was working to the turntable that was not working, to see if it was a bad head-shell or needle. The bad one suddenly worked. I put the one I thought was bad in the first turntable... Viola!! Both sides worked. For whatever reason the head-shell wasn't making a good contact when I first installed it. The problem was a poor connection between the head-shell and tone arm.
Both side are working!
I hope others have a similar simple problem. I was busy for a couple of hours trying to figure this out so I know how frustrating it can be. Good luck folks.
