XDJ-XZ Jog Wheel & Cue Button Issues
Hola!
SOS...
Right jog wheel wont cue the track or stop the track. The track will play and I can adjust the speed as in slow down but the jog wheel wont stop when I hold it down, just keeps playing. The right cue button is also an issue, doesn't work and just jams the track.
Any ideas?

If the jog is not responding to the pressure or movement regardless of vinyl mode, then unfortunately it will require servicing; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. Provide a copy of your purchase receipt for warranty validation.
Do you have VINYL mode enabled on the right side?

I also swapped out the USB cable for a new one (was viewing some previous comments).
Just to confirm - if the vinyl mode was off, did you turn it on?
Thanks for helping out, the answer is yes but only after I was trying to figure out what was wrong.
