DDJ-SX2 Headphone Cue button is still leaking out to master.
I have a puzzling scenario I would like to share and thank you for your guidance.
I have a DDJ-SX2, new condition, it's only been gigged twice and spends most of the time in my bedroom.
When I try to cue up a track I do the following:
1. A-B slider is in middle position.
2. If deck A is playing, I turn down the fader on B to 0 and load a track.
3. I press Cue on B and jog around to find my start position.
4. My jogging around etc is heard over the club PA and also in my recorded mixes.
Am I missing something? When I switch headphones mix to master I don't hear my jogging around.
If I have to resort back to a-b crossfading I can but I should be able to crossfade with the channel faders.
Thank you for your help,
Christopher

With the SX2 what I do is keep the Master Cue in the middle to 1:00 and then cue the channel I want with the fader on that channel at 0.
