Loose Tonearm on PLX 1000
Hello everyone,
I bought a second hand PLX 1000. The unit works, but the tonearm seems very loose and it's too low, so low to the point that the needle touches the metal part of the turntable. I balanced the counterweight in many different ways but I get the same result!Picture attached to make my issue more clear. What can I do?

Please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Yerrrrrr, that looks a bit bent / rotated in the gimbal. I'd have it serviced.
