DDJ SX2 and jog very strong
hello
i have a DDJ SX2 and 2 cdj 1000 mk3
I use serato, and dvs mode, to use the cdj 1000.
But the difference of the jog between the cdj and the DDJ SX2 is very important !
the jog of the DDJ SX2 are very hard (not sensibility, the wheel). I can do a backspin on 4 or 8 beat with the cdj, but just 2 beats with the DDJ SX2 ! The wheel are very strong, and it is impossible to do a backspine with these jog.
It is "normal" ? All DDJ SX2 have this problem ?
There is a issue ?
Thank you

@pascalbout > The main difference, of course, is the physical design and construction of the jog. Unfortunately the SX2 will have a shorter backspin time than the CDJ. You could always load up the backspin effect within Serato DJ if you find that the SX2 doesn't provide a long enough performance.
hi
I don't know if you're aware but you can adjust the length of your backspin via the settngs (short/medium/long). Check the manual!
