XDJ-XZ Jog display off
I Just bought the XDJ-XZ. The left Jog Display is off.
Tried update the firmware and had no changes.
How can I Fix it?

Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
When you say off what do you mean? I just bought one and my left jog display just says "rekordbox" Deck 2, even if a track is loaded.
The Jog Display, jog wheel, and some others buttons on the left side are not working. The lights are turned off.
I think it's better to send it for repair.

I called the only contact he has in Brazil.
Servteck Servicos Tecnicos - Sao Paulo - www.servteck.com.br
They told me to take it to an authorized: TSI Informática center. Notifying me that the product has no warranty here in Brazil.
This company TSI does not know if opening the device, it may void Pioneer's original warranty. And worse, there are no spare parts.
I don't know what to do. I need some help from you.
