Défaut DDJ-SX3
Salut à tous!
Je viens d'acheter la DDJ-SX3 mais elle semble avoir des défauts alors que tout est bien installé avec le pilote et serato DJpro 2.0.3..
Défauts constatés >
- Pads qui s'éclairent en blanc ou couleur quand on appuie sur shift
- Le bouton key lock qui ne s'allume pas ou qui ne reste pas actif quand on relance
- Eclairage manquant sur Play & CUE
Auparavant j'avais la DDJ-SX2 qui fonctionne très bien sous serato DJpro 2.0.3
Réinstallation de serato faite mais rien n'y fait!
Si quelqu'un a une solution à me proposer je suis preneur.. Merci !

Sorry, I understand the issues described (I speak French as well), but I'm not sure I understand exactly what is happening and when -- could you please record a video and link it here?
Ok I try to explain you in english..
I connect ddj-sx3 with usb, I start it all is good. But when I start serato, some pads are ever light up in white and when I push on shift others pads light up..
Then, key lock isn't light up on ddj-sx3 whereas on serato key lock is on..
To finish, Play and CUE aren't light up too when I load a music.. left or right it's the same thing.

@Clement > Could you please provide your full computer spec? Here you can find the minimum system requirements for Serato DJ Pro (and the DDJ-SX3).
Yes of course my Macbook pro gets the minimum system requirements
macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.5)
2,8 GHz Intel Core i5
8 Go 1600 MHz DDR3
13,3 pouces (2560 x 1600)
Stockage flash 500 Go
I have return my DDJ-SX3 where I've bought it for a change with an other one DDJ-SX3..
I'll see in a few days if it's will be the same problem or not..

Hi Pioneer,
I have the same issue. When I'm turning on my SX3 some of HOT CUE pads are highlighted in white in a random way. They are changing when I press SHIFT button.
Probably this is a software / firmware bug, because similar situations have no place, when I unplug console from MacBook.
Any ideas?
