Rekordbox 5 - reorder track number gone?

They're fixing the fact it's missing from the right-click menu, but you can still access it through the top menu: Playlist > Renumber Track Order.

It's greyed out though, can't use it :(

It depends on where you are -- it works only in a playlist.

.....you can't tell but I'm incredibly relieved right now!!! :D hehe
