Deactivating Rekordbox for new owner to use

Hi,

 

I pruchased a DDJ-RB new and it came with Rekordbox. I realized I like Serato more so I sold the controller and picked up the DDJ-SR2 w/ Serato.

 

The new owner is currently using the 30-day trial but as an honest seller, I'd like to get him the full access I received (especially since I'll never be using Rekordbox).

 

How can I do this?

Please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in releasing the rekordbox license for the new user.
