cdj 2000 nexus firmware update problem
with usb plugged in while power off i press and hold usb and relax at the same time while powering on. when cdi boots up the display says, "connect usb storage device into top usb port" please help diagnose and fix thanks.

You need to unzip the file first - double-click it to open the contents within, then drag THAT file to the USB drive.

Did you unzip the download and put the files in the root of the USB drive?
sorry. i use a Mac... i downloaded the file then clicked and dragged into the usb drive
mac isn't letting me unzip the file how do i do that?
If the file is a zip, you simply double-click, it should be built-in.
