Question regarding exporting to USB
If you have a 32GB USB stick and on that USB you have two copies of the same track, does Rekordbox export the same file twice? Or is it clever enough to only put the 'one' copy of the said track onto the USB.
Sorry if this doesn't make but it's hard to tell.

As fair as I am aware, it uploads the track twice if it is on multiple playlists and it is twice in your collection.
Okay, so if you have two identical tracks in your collection on rekordbox, they each get a unique ID because as far as rekordbox knows, they're different songs -- even if YOU know it's the exact same song located in two different folders.
When you export them, it will export a single copy of any unique ID song. Duplicate IDs are not exported a second time, only updated if necessary.
If you were to MOVE one of the files, it retains its ID and will not be duplicated.
