Issue With ddj xp1
i have an issue with the ddj xp1
when i plug the unit to my laptop it works fine for 5 mins then it disconnect and reconnect by it self again and this makes the pads lights are not corresponding with the software
which makes me disconnecting the usb wire and connecting it again multiple times during a mix
any solution

In that case, it does sound like a possible hardware issue; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your XP1 inspected and/or serviced.
Sorry to hear that! Does the same issue occur if connected to a different USB port or with a different USB cable?
yes i tried it with more than 3 cables and different usb ports
and still the same issue
Do you have the same issues if used with a powered USB hub or a different computer? Trying to rule out where the issue might be occurring.
Yes I tried it with a different laptop and still it disconnects and connect by it self but with the other laptop it makes it less times than the main one I use to mix with
