hey i have purchased interface 2 to use on my xdjrx2 ive managed to get turntables to control rx2 but no sound or sound levels help please

hey ive done all that but still no sound when rx2 is connected to rekordbox there is a video from pioneer showing it working but no explanation on how its done

Sorry - my fault for not catching this earlier, but the RX2 is not a DVS-compatible hardware device; see the full list here.
can the firmware be upgraded so it is compatible i bought if2 after watching your video now you say it doesn't work please explain
No - a firmware update will not change that.
If you use an Interface2 AND the RX2, you can use DVS but then the audio device becomes the IF2, not the RX2. There are other caveats. Just because it works for some things doesn't make it the ideal setup.
