Beat grids and waveforms don't match

At first I thought I had some tracks that got analyzed incorrectly, but I think there is something wrong with how the waveforms are being drawn. Audibly the track is hitting on the beat markers, but the waveform drifts off after about the first 32 bars. Towards the end of the tracks, they are visually 1/4 beat off, but if I cue it up at the start of where it looks like a kick should happen, I'll actually be ahead of it.
