Hello, I received the firmware to update my DDJ RB but it stays at 0% and does not update, what can it be?

me too, I follow the manual steps i press SHIFT + SYNC but the "master" does FLASHED someone can help me ?

Hello all,
Did you follow the DDJ-RB Update Guide from the link Tom kindly showed?
DDJ-RB engineers are concerned about the Master did not flash even after pressing SHIFT + SYNC buttons.
Did you connect DDJ-RB to your computer before pressing those buttons?

firware are corrent 1.03
