CDJ - Hot Cue behaviour selectable between direct play and just cue/pause
maybe a nice feature for the cdj firmware:
a (Software) Switch how to handle the hotcue section:
- play when hitting the hotcue button (like it is handles as yet)
- just cue with pause/plays only as long as you are pressing the hotcue button

This is known as a "gate" option, and has been suggested to the product development team in past. The reason it operates the way it does is due to historical functionality of the CDJs always playing the hot cue when the button is pressed regardless of the operation mode of the track.
I hope we'll see this in future updates to the firmware on all players.
