Pioneer - please... you've got to fix the no-working MIC issue on DDJ RR

There are a few other threads but they appear to be dead, and its doing a disservice to anyone who owns a DDJ RR or is thinking of buying one.

Simply put, the MIC input doesnt work. It's dead. The option to turn it on within Rekordbox 5.4 is greyed out, despite a MIC being plugged into the DDJ RR.

SO ... if you're  mobile DJ, or a radio DJ doing a prerecord, or just want to rap over beats... forget about it. You just spent £100 / $100s on something that is fundamentally broken.

I've tried different machines, different MICs... no luck

If it's a firmware issue, get it fixed. If it's a Rekordbox software problem.. get it fixed.

Please dont leave the DDJ RR to die off after only 2 years on the market
