pioneer ddj RZX ver6.4

Please can somebody assist me
I am writing from South Africa -I have purchased a Pioneer DDJ RZX as well as a brand new laptop intel core i7 8th gen with turbo boost up to 4.0ghz -12 gigs of ram
The system worked well as i updated all the necessary updates
Recently I noticed that whilst have a track(song) playing on one deck and then when you load a track on the second deck i get a static or the song playing goes in slow motion -then the sound come right, after it has loaded and ready to play. this is not constant but happens now and then which is annoying. i have loaded the updates but i really am at a point where i cant handle it please please assist me with the

I had this issue before as well. First make sure you have your computer is optimized for performing with dj software. There are lots of videos out there on the internet to help with this. Two, spend a little money on a GOOD (High Data Transfer Rate) USB A to B cable... that alone fixed my static issue. Three, DO NOT LOAD UNECCESSARY SOFTWARE ON THAT COMPUTER. Use another computer for non-DJ related projects. Hope this helps.

I am still having issues .
i own the pioneer ddj rzx as previously mentioned as well as the Acer 3 laptop below is the specs of the computer ,
I am currently using the RekordBox 6.4.2 and my issues are the following 1. the moment I start the programme (Rekordbox) which takes about 10 minutes to start up because ....(states... reading music files)
2. once the Rekordbox starts ...I start to load tracks on to player 1 which starts but then when i try to load a track on player 2 it pauses for a while.
3 i have noticed the programme is analysing (which I assumed would have been complete when i first loaded Rekordbox 6.4.2. once a track is complete with analysing the the player two becomes active sounds like the computer is battling to process, but i sufficient processing power.
Please note that i have not had issues when i used Rekordbox 5 on the same laptop.
I have all the requirements updated .
please assist as this is becoming quite annoying.
