Hi,

 

I've just installed RB3, I have created a kuvo account from the link on the welcome screen (begrudgingly!).  I have confirmed my account by clicking the email link and can login to kuvo however when trying to login to rekordbox 3 it constantly tells me my email and password are incorrect.

I'm finding this upgrade increasingly frustrating due to poor instructions, relevant help material and the poor user experience on the kuvo website.

Sorry to moan, I'm a big fan of pioneer products but feel that this recent release is below par.

any help would be much appreciated.

I had the same Problem ... I found the Solution for this Issue.

 1) go on the Kuvo website

2) log in

3) click on "Connect"

4) Edit Profile

5) scroll down till download account key

6) Download

7 ) Start rekordbox

8) i dont know how i explain in englisch, my button was in german ... if you would like to log in, on the right side is a button

called like no internet ... click on the button

9) choose the .nxs then you download before

 

its done ...

Mine is still having the same problem and there is no "download account key" in my Edit profile :(

@Rob > Are you using an outdated version of rekordbox? There is no longer a key required, simply a login. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can recover those through the rekordbox website (as it should be linked in the rekordbox program).

I'm having this same problem. I can log in on the website but not the progeam
