Rekordbox 4.0 - "Unexpected error" when trying to open rekordbox
I haven't done anything different since last night.
I just now opened it, and a unexpected error occurs and shuts down..
there are crash reports that are being saved.. I tried opening the software too many times
pls help

Mine does that but seems to be ok on the 3rd attempt!

Win. 8.1 latest version..
Have you checked your video driver manufacturer's website for updates? This seems to be the most common issue for crashing on PCs.
Don't use Windows Update, you actually have to go to the chipset manufacturer to update it - most of them have a utility to identify and update it for you.
