Is DJM-2000 Beat Slicer compatible with non-Pioneer CD decks?
I am planning on buying a DJM-2000 to go with my Denon S3700s. I've heard that the Beat Slicer is included in the latest firmware update. I am wondering if Beat Slicer and Mix/Remix will work with Denon and other non-Pioneer CD decks or if it is only designed to work with Pioneers. Not sure if it just uses the CD/Line inputs or if it has to be Pioneer Pro DJ Linked to a Pioneer CD deck. Has anyone tried this?

Thank you! I am glad to know that I will still be able to use it. :-)

This is my video from testing :-) I use the soundcard in DJM-2000 and Traktor :-) Its work perfectly :-)
Awesome! Thanks for the video. I definitely have to get the DJM-2000 now. I've never gotten any hands-on experience with one but I can tell it is going to be a blast. I started off using an American Audio VMS4 MIDI controller with Virtual DJ Pro to make sure mixing is something I really want to do before spending big money on professional equipment. Now I feel that I am I am ready to get the really good stuff :-)
Better its spend a lot of money for this :-) more fun ... more homeless :-DDD
