XDJ-XZ Headphones sound strange with the stereo function (no bass). It does sound good on mono split.
Does anyone know how this is possible? When I set the settings to stereo and plug my headphone into the controller it is a strange sound (No bass and distortion). And if I set the settings to mono split then there is nothing wrong

Does your headphone jack have 2 poles (rings) or 3?
If 3 poles, like with Apple headphones, then the misaligned connection might be causing the issue. There are 3 pole to 2 pole converter cables available on the market.
@Paul > What you're trying to say is TRRS vs TRS... the extra ring being the mic connection on those connections.
@Kl!nkz > Please check the connector type on the headphone jack.
