Hello,

Can one use the XP1 to control hot-cues on the 900nxs without using Rekordbox software in performace mode - and just a Rekordbox prepared USB... In the same way as one can with an XDJ-1000mk2 etc.

No, sorry - the DDJ-XP1 only functions as a connected control device with the CDJ-2000NXS2 and XDJ-1000MK2.
