Rekordbox crashing with the CDJ 350

Good afternoon, I have the rekordbox DJ license and video. I'm using it along with the CDJs 350 only I'm having some problems. The rekordbox starts working normally and out of nowhere it crashes, it keeps playing the music or the video only when the track ends I can not use it anymore, I would like to know what can be done to solve this problem I am using a machine with the following configurations:

Win10

Core i5

4GB ram

1tb HD
