XDJ-RX2 warranty not accepted

I'm from Serbia, and I bought XDJ-RX2 a month ago in one store. I recently noticed a problem with booth, one side is not working. I bring it back and they sent me to their official service (external, they are service for many brands, also for all from pioneer, not just DJ equipment - so I think that they are not specialized enough). In that service they told me that there was electric shock on booth (wtf?), and warranty will not cover that and that I have to pay about 100$. When I contacted official importer for pioneer in Serbia (Helikop.rs - they don't even have site), they were very nice and told me that there is not complaints on pioneer DJ equipment and that they will contact service. Today, they contacted me and told me that they agree that there was electric shock and they can't help me so I have to pay. I had, CDJ350, DJM350, DJM400, DJM800 and DDJ-SB2 before XDJ-RX2, something like that never happened, especially with equipment that I used about 10 times. I need to hear your opinion in this case, are they right? I'm also attaching pictures they sent me. I need fast answer because I'm in process of getting my equipment back.

Sorry, there are some failures that are not covered by the warranty - that certainly does look like an electrical short, which is likely outside that scope.

Just looking at the photos, it seems possible that the mainboard contacted the metal casing, but that would mean the mainboard would have been loose from its mounts, and also - the booth output shouldn't have enough voltage to create that kind of short.

Unfortunately you'll have to negotiate the repairs with them.

Yes, they told me that they called service and that they agree with them to not accept warranty in this case.
