DJM 900 nxs2 1/4 inch headphone issues
I recently purchased a DJM 900 nxs2 mixer with 2 XDJ 1000s and I love it, however today when playing songs I noticed the sound coming from the headphones was very distorted and missing low end/mids on stereo option. on mono it sounds a little better but it sounds like it has a filter or something on it. when using the regular headphone jack it is perfectly fine. if anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it

did you try another 1/4 adapter ?
So the Mini 1/8 is fine for sound correct? I was going to suggest changing the cord to see if that is it, but if the Mini jack works then it sounds like its the 1/4. Contact Tech Support since you just got it and are under warranty if purchased correctly...
