XDJ-R1 second CD drive not recognizing any CD's, HELP!!!

I am a casual dj and today while sitting in quarantine I broke out my XDJ-R1 to break the monotony.  That said the second CD drive no longer recognizes any CD's that I put in it.  I really need help to figure out why this has happened!!!

I do have firmware 1.13 on it and if someone out there can provide me with any support I would greatly appreciate it!

Hey Chris, sorry but that sounds like a drive failure - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
