no cue sound through headphones on ddj-rb
Hello,
I'm running rekordbox on Mac and I seem to be having trouble with the cue.
I get sound through the headphones for a few seconds then it cuts out? I unplugged and plugged the usb in and I can hear the sound again but it just does exactly the same thing.
I've tried different usb slots and wires but nothing has resolved it.
anything I can do?

Is the DDJ-RB selected as the audio device within the rekordbox preferences?
I think everything is correct here. I've tried deleting rekordbox and downloading it again, but still the same issue. Is there any updates I could try?
Can you please try disabling the MASTER output as well - tick the box below the audio device selection. Oh, and toggle the Booth Output to the "--" selection (no output) just for troubleshooting purposes.
