Pioneer xp-1

I have a huge problem with my pioneer ddjxp-1 

When i load a song my cue points apeer as normal 

as soon as i touch any cue point on the xp-1 

hot cue k loads a cupe point either at the begining of the song or where the other cue point exist 

at any rate ALL the other cue points no where they are at in the song default to cue point k 

secondly it causes my trcks to stutter (restart in rapid succession ) 

i'm not sure if this is a factory defect or something that can easily be fixed 

but i really need this resolved can anyone help ....
