XDJ RX master level not responding

Hi guys,

I've turned on my xdjrx today and noticed the master level knob is not responding.

I've updated the firmware to 2.21 hoping it might fix a clitch but no change.

I still have sound but its stuck at one level, the master level has no control over it.

What do you think the problem is?

Is this a hardware or software issue?
