DDJ-1000 deck 3 not working

Hi guys.

 

I just got a DDJ-1000 and everything else is working as they should except the deck number 3. Everytime I press the button to go to deck 3, all the lights shut down on that side of the controller. In rekordbox, there is a text "Audio unavailable". 

 

I've tried reinstalling the drivers and updating everything. 

 

Any advice?

What position is the channel input selector set to? It should match the USB connection to your computer:

My ddj1000 sample button of deck 2 is not functioning at all what i can do
