Upfader not working correctly
My DDJ-400 upfader of channel 1 is not working correctly. Is it fault in my software or in my controller? Please help.

Does it do the same thing if you use a different USB cable, a different USB port, or even a different computer?
Haven't tried with other Laptop yet but it's not working with different usb cable or with different usb port
Are you on a Mac or PC? We can try and troubleshoot the MIDI signal first.
